Curry Puffs
with Avocado

The avocado will give you a creaminess to go with the dry filling and creates a great harmony in your mouth! You can have it as it is, or dip the puff into sweet chilli sauce.

Recipe from Sachie’s Kitchen

250g lamb / beef mince
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
5g ginger, grated
1/4 small brown onion (30g)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
